Is it really free to start?
Yes. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no lock-in. If a month goes by with no paid card orders, you pay 0 €. You only ever pay when a guest actually pays.
What exactly do I pay per order?
The EasyZahl share: 1 % of the order, capped at 0,50 € - a 12 € order and a 120 € order both carry at most 0,50 €. Never on tips, never on reservation deposits. On top runs only Stripe's own card fee, which Stripe bills directly to you.
Is there a monthly minimum?
There's no monthly fee. Only in a very quiet month where our share adds up to less than 2 € do we charge a 2 € minimum (it covers the payment account). A month with no card orders at all costs you nothing.
Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in. You can stop any time. The whole idea is that you only keep paying because it keeps paying off - not because a contract traps you.
What about Stripe's card fee?
Your venue has its own Stripe account: Stripe processes the payments and bills you its card fee directly at Stripe's standard conditions (about 1,5 % + 0,25 € for standard EEA cards; varies by card type). You see every fee transparently in your own Stripe dashboard. EasyZahl adds nothing on top except its share of max 0,50 € per order.
