The questions every restaurateur asks.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no lock-in. If a month goes by with no paid card orders, you pay 0 €. You only ever pay a small share when a guest actually pays.
What exactly do I pay per order?
A small share of each paid order, capped at 0,50 € - so a 12 € order and a 120 € order both cost at most 0,50 €. On top of that runs Stripe's own card fee, passed through at cost.
Is there a monthly minimum?
Only a small 2 € monthly minimum in months where you actually have paid card orders - it covers the payment account. A truly dormant month costs nothing.
Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in. You can stop any time. The whole idea is that you only keep paying because it keeps paying off - not because a contract traps you.
What about Stripe's card fee?
Card payments run securely through Stripe at their standard rate (about 1,5 % + 0,25 € for EEA cards), passed through at cost. Our share sits on top and never exceeds 0,50 € per order.
