EasyZahl

Pre-payment

Share the payment link, the table locks in once it is paid.

Send one link for the deposit, everyone chips in their share. The reservation confirms the moment it is fully paid.

A restaurant reservation dashboard showing a day timeline of tables across Main Floor, Terrace and VIP Room, each booking colour-coded Confirmed, Pending or VIP

EasyZahl sends one payment link with the booking. Guests can split it and each pay their own share, and the table only locks in once the full amount has landed. Refund and cancellation rules are set once, so nobody argues at the door.

Booking with nothing on the line

  • Guests reserve for free and simply never turn up
  • Prime Saturday tables sit empty while others wait
  • No card on file, so no-shows cost you the whole cover
  • Refund arguments handled ad hoc over the phone

Booking backed by payment

  • One payment link, and everyone can pay their own share

Refunds & cancellations

The deposit questions guests actually ask

Do guests get the deposit back if they cancel?

That is up to you. Set a cancellation window, for example a full refund up to 24 hours before, and EasyZahl applies it automatically. Guests see the rule before they pay, so there is nothing to argue about later.

Can I take the full amount instead of a deposit?

Yes. Choose a fixed deposit, an amount per person, or full pre-payment for set menus and events. Anything paid up front is credited against the final bill at the table.

What happens to the money on a no-show?

If the guest does not show and the cancellation window has passed, the deposit is forfeited under the rules they agreed to. No card is stored on your side and no manual chasing is needed.

How does the guest actually pay?

A payment link goes out with the booking confirmation. They pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card in seconds. The table is marked reserved only once the payment clears.

You only pay when a guest pays

Deposits and pre-payments run on the same simple deal as everything in EasyZahl: no monthly fee, no lock-in - and on deposits EasyZahl takes NO share at all. A held deposit that never converts costs you nothing.
