EasyZahl's shift planner starts where your rota actually starts: your opening hours. The day board shows exactly the window your restaurant is open, and you draw shifts onto it - drag to move, pull to resize, done. The month view lays out the whole team day by day, so gaps and overloads are visible before they happen. Approved vacation blocks shifts automatically, every shift can carry its floor or area, and each staff member sees their own plan in the staff app on their phone. Managers plan, the team is always up to date - without a single WhatsApp screenshot.
