They pick date, time and party size, see your actual floor plan live, and (if you allow it) choose the exact table they want: the window seat, the quiet corner, the big round one. Phone calls and walk-ins go onto the same plan in seconds, so every channel lands in one calendar. For high-demand nights you can require a deposit paid through a secure payment link - and because reservations, walk-ins and QR orders live in one system, a booked table is never accidentally seated.
